All non-personalized items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of original delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For items that arrive defective, incorrect, or damaged, notify us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a pre-paid return label and replace it at no cost. In some cases, we can accept a photo of the issue rather than requiring a return.
Because each personalized item is custom made to each customer's unique specifications, we cannot accept returns for these items. Returned items that show user-inflicted damage, wear, or installation may be assessed a 35% reconditioning fee. Items that are returned with significant user-inflicted damage may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Most of our products are made from natural materials. Grain patterns, colors, and engraving color/texture will vary slightly from piece to piece. These natural variations are not considered defects but are part of the uniqueness of each individual product.
While rare, if your order has a missing item, we're happy to send it out ASAP at no cost! Please send a photo of the included packing sheet to email@example.com to begin your claim. This helps us identify where the issue occurred and will expedite the resolution for you.
We are happy to cancel your order if your request is received within 12 hours of order placement. We process orders quickly, so be sure to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has been processed and/or shipped it cannot be cancelled.
